Hats and caps are a great product to brand for merchandise, sports or for uniform for business.\u00a0 They are often a low-cost item and can make a great impact by matching the brand colour or adding a logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Options for Branding<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

There are a number of ways to brand caps, some of them require being made completely bespoke and made to order and others can be stock items which can be branded afterwards with print or embroidery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cap Embroidery<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Caps can be embroidered in several places, on the front is the standard position but they can be embroidered on the back and the side.\u00a0 If the adjuster tape is fabric, then this can be embroidered too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cap Printing<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Branded hats can be printed, often with a transfer print.  If there are seams in the fabric of the cap, this can affect the position of the print.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cap Styles<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Most caps supplied are a baseball caps but snapback and truckers\u2019 caps are also popular.\u00a0 Within the standard cap there are many slight variations, such as a 5 or 6 panel cap, ones with mesh on.\u00a0 Fabrics can vary between denim, cotton twill, polyester and even suede and can be fairtrade, organic and eco friendly. If you are looking for other types of promotional hats you can have bucket hats, beanie hats and headbands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Branded Caps for Business<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Why supply a branded cap for your uniform?\u00a0 Many companies may use a cap as part of their brand identity, this has certainly been the case in the past with fast food chains, motorsport or coffee chains to name a few.\u00a0 If a company has a very strong brand presence, then they will produce merchandise to give away or sell and encourage staff to wear items out of work, as an \u2018on trend\u2019 fashion accessory.\u00a0 This is certainly the case with a lot of sports brands.\u00a0 Red Bull<\/a> is a great example of this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Branded Caps for Merchandise<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Merchandise and promotional wear is a growing sector and organisations such as charities, musical acts, artists, schools and universities are using it increasingly to promote their cause and to raise revenue alongside other activities. Things like branded caps, bags, keyrings and mugs are a great option as a promotional item because they cost less to buy, are more popular because they are less to buy and because they don\u2019t require a size range like clothing, they can be ordered in smaller quantities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
